Returns:

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Items that are damaged due to misuse or normal wear may not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care or hygiene products once opened

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the amount will be returned through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact our support team.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed for shipping and cannot be cancelled.

Shipping for Returns:

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
